Leadership Team

Christine Feeley, Founder/Partner – As chief marketer for both start-ups and publicly traded corporations, Christine has spent a career under the dictum of “run it leanly”. She thrived under the challenge, continually creating new processes around driving revenue through focused, strategic marketing. Major success came through marketing, sales and operation coordination; building partnership marketing alliances and customer service channels. But Christine’s biggest breakthrough came from trying to instill predictability to the least predictable of business sciences: marketing. Through years of trial and error, she would create a complex database accessed by algorithm-run spreadsheets that would serve as the initial proprietary technology behind (m)suites.

Kristie McDonald, Digital Media Lead/Partner – Kristie has successfully driven business successes across strategy consulting, project management and general business management. Her tireless, methodical approach to understanding patterns and trends gives her a needed edge as a digital media strategist, where numbers, research and scrutiny reign supreme. In addition to her role at amptopia, she continues as CEO of Vitruvian, a prominent digital media placement firm, where she co-authored Google AdWords for Dummies.

Gary Dollinger, CIO – As CEO of Adalyze Technologies, Gary brings enterprise-level technology experience and expertise to smaller organizations and start-ups. He’s a technologist who understands the devil is in the details and the design. Gary carefully manages each element to funnel the project towards a successful implementation. He also understands it’s the end-user who is the final judge of any program. So he works hard to see any job as the end-user to make sure that people’s engagement is seamless and straightforward. Prior to Adalyze, Gary was the CTO of a privately held start-up where he guided large implementations of customer CRM, ERP, revenue management, point of sale and business intelligence systems.

Ray Ostroski, Legal Advisor – Ray brings a rich background of legal and management expertise from a 25-year career. In addition to counseling private clients, Ray has served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to both public and private companies, including RCN, Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises and One Communications Corp. His expertise spans across legal, regulatory and strategic issues. Ray’s guided public and private financings, M&A transactions, regulatory compliance, litigation and outside counsel management, SEC and SOX compliance, corporate policies and procedures, corporate structures, joint ventures and transactional real estate.
